Lotus has buildings that date back to 1883 in downtown Lemont. It is very important to us that we preserve history while providing an excellent choice of luxury living areas. 

Our team of architects and designers believe that classic architecture and modern concepts can coexist to form a new purpose 

A portion of our annual earnings is invested to local non-profits such as St.Judes Children's Hospital to help make a difference in our community.
